Commit to doing yoga regularly (it can be 3 times a week but daily is more awesome)

Download yoga apps with free lessons. My two most favorite apps are Daily Yoga app and Yoga Studio app π You can also use youtube and just follow classes by amazing @adrienelouise or look for Yoga with Adriene.

Set a time and do it. I recommend early morning to start your day but whatever works for you as long as you do it regularly.
